Weber Products

Weber is committed to providing the highest quality hardwood lumber and plywood products available.

Softwood Plywood

Softwood Plywood is usually composed of a Douglas Fir or White Fir core with a Douglas Fir or Pine veneer face and back.  It is used for different industrial purposes and general construction applications.

MDO

MDO Plywood has a thermally fused, resin impregnated overlay that is bonded with heat and pressure to the plywood core.  The overlay resists water, weather, wear and degradation.  It has superior paint holding characteristics.

Hardwood Plywood

Hardwood Plywood starts with a softwood veneer core or MDF.   A combination core that uses both veneers and MDF is available also.  A hardwood veneer is then bonded to it, giving it a face and back.  Available in many popular species and in many different grades, it is used for cabinets and furniture.

Panolam and other Melamine

Melamine is thermally fused to a core of particle board or MDF.  Available in different colors, woodgrains and textures, it is used for cabinet construction in  kitchens and garages,  as well as other furniture. It is a good choice for low maintenance interiors and used for cabinet doors and drawer fronts as well.

Bending Plywood

Bending Plywood Products are made in a way that makes them bend easily around a radius.  Some of them are traditional plywood construction and some are made of MDF and particle board.

Hardwood Lumber

Hardwood Lumber is  available in  many different species and is used for many kinds of applications.  Some species have properties that make them suitable in certain specific conditions that another species won’t perform as well.  They range in color from light to dark with many different grain patterns.

Softwood Lumber

Softwood Lumber has so many uses that it’s hard to start naming them.  It is available in many different grades and species.

Laminated Veneer Lumber

Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) is an engineered wood product that uses multiply layers of veneer, assembled to common lumber sizes.  It is used as a traditional lumber item like 1x3”, 1x4” and 2x2” but it has the advantage of being uniform and stable.

Veneer

Veneer Sheets refers to flexible sheets of hardwood and softwood veneer that has been glued to a backer sheet of paper or backer sheet of wood.  Uses are numerous and imaginative applications are possible.

Milling

Milling of lumber items to make them more usable is always needed.  We keep hardwood lumber surfaced to what is generally required by many people.  Custom thickness surfacing is available as well as smooth ripping to width.

Moulding

Hardwood and Softwood Mouldings details are numerous and varied.  There are some standard profiles and there are custom ones that sometimes an architect or customer will specify.  We run custom details in every species and size to order as well as the standard commonly used ones.  MDF mouldings are also available.
